FAQs about YubiOn Portal payment function are summarized here.

Please check the following with reference to the message in case of failure.

  • The number of licenses currently in use exceeds the maximum number of licenses for the Free plan

    1. Open the YubiOn Portal dashboard.
    2. Check the number of member registrations, YubiKey registrations, and terminal registrations to make sure they do not exceed 3.
    3. If exceeded, delete each piece of information.


  • SSO application is registered

    1. Open YubiOn Portal’s SSO App settings screen.
    2. Check to see if one or more SSO applications have been registered.
    3. If registered, delete it.
