Enable / disable ATKey
By enabling or disabling ATKey, it is possible to set whether or not ATKey can be used when logging into the YubiOn Portal site or logging on to a PC.
1. Access ATKey management
Click on “ATKey management” in the menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Enable/Disable toggle
Click the “Enable/Disable” toggle to the right of the ATKey you wish to switch.
Click “OK” on the confirmation message.
Enable/Disable is toggled each time the toggle is clicked.
ATKey Disable
- You will not be able to log in to the YubiOn Portal site or log on to your PC with a deactivated ATKey.
- To avoid a situation where no one can log in to YubiOn Portal, it is recommended to always assign a valid ATKey to members with administrative privileges.
Reflection of settings on the PC
Settings are reflected when the PC is started while connected to the network.
If the settings are correctly reflected in the PC, logon using ATKey will no longer be possible.
